Wuxi Changrun produces 2 tube sheets according to the requirements of the Moroccan customer, which are used for the same heat exchanger. Therefore, the customer has very strict requirements for the concentricity and corresponding degree of tube holes of the 2pcs tube sheets. Wuxi Changrun has successfully completed production through methods such as stacked drilling and boring.
Third-party inspections according to customer requirements, including testing the material and appearance of the tube sheets, measuring the outer diameter and aperture of the tubesheet, measuring the concentricity and consistency of the two tube sheets, and packaging inspection.
Wuxi Changrun packages according to the customer's product size and uses waterproof plywood boxes suitable for sea transportation.
